Tracey Nagle, DNP, APN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C, CSN, is dual board certified by The American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that focuses on holistic family-centered healthcare. She is certified in Perinatal Mental Health and an active member of Postpartum Support International as well as studying Integrative Medicine for Mental Health. She joined Atlanticare Physicians Group OB/GYN as an advance nurse practitioner in November 2021. A 29 year member of the Atlanticare family, she began her career as a staff nurse at the Center for Childbirth, where she focused on woman’s wellness through a family-centered-lens through pregnancy, birth, and first days of life. She has also been high school nurse for 15 years working with a diversified adolescent school-based population bridging healthcare with education. She served as a leader in public health, coordinating care and improving quality of life through, mentoring, and strengthening resiliency through connections.

She graduated from William Paterson with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and attended graduate school at Rutgers-Camden, where she is earned her doctorate as a family nurse practitioner in May 2021 and continued her pursuit of a post graduate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Wilmington University.  Her academic interest are Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) and how to overcome life’s challenges by embracing them head-on. She continued her scholarship and love for teaching at Rutgers-Camden School of Nursing as both faculty and the Director of the School Nurse Program. She is the founder and CEO of Tidal Wave Psychiatric Wellness, a private practice focused on mind/body holistic wellbeing.

           Tracey was born and raised Sea Isle City, New Jersey within a large family ecosystem in a small tight knit community and understood hard work at a young age. She quickly learned people skills, effective communication, and most importantly having deaf parents, how to read people through facial expressions and body language to anticipate their needs. Being blessed with a supportive family that includes her husband of 29 years and six children, family dynamics are her specialty. Optimal holistic wellness is attained through partnerships between patient, their families, and their providers. Her two daughters also graduated Rutgers-Camden and are Atlanticare nurses, pursuing their doctorate degrees in family practice. Her third daughter is currently a junior at Rutgers-Camden with a double major in nursing and psychology with plans to continue into a doctorial program. Tracey's personal values include, honesty and integrity, respect, dedication, loyalty, and perseverance. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her growing family and Goldens, cook delicious meals, go down to the beach, and appreciate the little things that make life exceptional. 

        Together we make a difference and impact intergenerational change across diverse socioeconomic backgrounds in partnerships and healthcare advocates. The dynamics of healthcare require pursuit of knowledge and professional development to stay up to date with evidence-based practice to meet the demands of the everchanging field.

Personally, I strongly feel it is my responsibility to share my knowledge to improve long-term population health outcomes. Since I have set out on this journey, I have discovered you need to be a leader to create change. Being a leader requires living by example, understanding the needs of the people, and creating opportunities for change that meet those needs.
